While visiting Complex Festival,
visitors are subject to the following House Rules.
- Complex Festival reserves the right to deny anyone access to the event at any time.
- Complex Festival reserves the right to change the event policy at any time.
- Complex Festival reserves the right to register visitors at the location of the event, on both image and sound carriers. These recordings can be used by the organization without owing any compensation (in the form of money or other matters) to the visitors concerned.
- Complex Festival will not tolerate threats, abuse, discrimination, sexual harassment and other nuisance and/or offensive behaviour.
- The minimum age to visit Complex Festival is 18 years. Visitors have to be in possession of a valid ID, which they have to show on first demand. If you are not yet 18 years old or are unable to show a valid ID, you may be refused entry.
- Visitors of Complex Festival must be properly dressed. Wearing a football shirt, any other team or group associated clothing and/or discriminatory clothing is not allowed.
- Complex Festival reserves the right to refuse / deny (further) access to visitors in a drunken state and/or under the influence of narcotics.
- Complex Festival will search visitors pre-emptively and check their (hand) bags to ensure the safety of her visitors. Possession of glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, flammable materials or liquids, drugs, (fire) arms and/or other dangerous or prohibited items or substances, food, (alcoholic) drinks and/or pets are not allowed.
- Weapons are strictly forbidden. Be sensible and leave all items at home that could be seen as weapons. Items that can be used as weapons are confiscated.
- The possession or dealing of (hard & soft) drugs is prohibited at Complex Festival. If there is any evidence of overt use and/or possession, confiscation of the drugs will follow and/or the offender and the drugs will be handed over to the police.
- Visitors of Complex Festival enter the events at their own risk. Complex Festival takes no responsibility for any damages on any grounds whatsoever, which directly or indirectly arise out of acts or omissions of Complex Festival, persons in its service, other persons who are working at the event, or third parties during or in connection with the stay at the event, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence by Complex Festival;
- Smoking is not permitted in the tents.
- It is not allowed to urinate outside of the designated restrooms.
- It is not allowed to hand out promotional materials (Posters / flyers / stickers etc.) without written permission from Complex Festival.
- It is not allowed to make professional audio or video recordings without written permission from Complex Festival.
- We kindly ask you to take care of the nature and the neighbourhood around Complex Festival and to not cause any disturbances or littering.
- Glasses / cups are not allowed to be taken outside the event area.
- Bought coupons for consumptions can not be refunded for money.
- Sound systems, other than those of the organization itself, are not allowed around the festival site.
- Visitors are held to follow instructions, regulations and/or directions of (security) staff of Complex Festival at all times
- Persons who misbehave in any way on and around the festival site will be immediately removed from the site.
